Important questions. Clear answers.

It's time to look closer.

As a homeowner and CAST Committee Vice Chair, I've spent time reading documents, reviewing technical options, and asking how decisions affect residents. These are issues I'm raising for transparent review—not claims of proven misconduct.

Financial accountability

Nearly $30,000 in Valley Voice postage expenditures

I helped identify approximately $30,000 in erroneous postage spending over five years that raised questions under the publisher's distribution contract and a limited COVID-era authorization. We are being told that postage payments are still being made, despite contract wording that I believe places that cost on the publisher. Homeowners deserve confirmation of those reports, a clear accounting, and supporting approvals.

Makes one wonder, why do these people want to keep the money flowing?

Contract oversight

Management agreements should be understandable

I've examined the CMC management agreement, its 2023 addendum, and the DVOA bylaws. Important questions remain about renewals, approvals, contract terms, and value. Management companies should not have effectively lifelong contracts. Their agreements and performance should be reviewed, and management services should be competitively rebid periodically.

Smart gate technology

Better options for gate access

We were told that the clickers were obsolete and wouldn't work with the new system, and we had to switch. This simply was not true.

My review found documentation indicating the access system can support RFID and existing fob/clicker methods together. Modernization should expand convenience and choices—not unnecessarily replace workable options.

Safety & security

Protect our gates and appropriate staffing

I oppose proposals to remove our gates or eliminate gate security personnel. I personally heard a CMC member say we should get rid of the gates altogether. Residents deserve clarity about what was proposed and why. Technology can strengthen access control, but staffing and security decisions deserve careful evaluation, not shortcuts.

A lifetime of service. A community I call home.

I'm Dominick “Dom” Pucci III. Michelle and I have been Dominion Valley homeowners since 2008. I care about preserving what makes this community special while planning responsibly for its future.

My background includes 18 years as a Law Enforcement Employee in New York, more than eight years serving as a local labor union president, and 18 years of federal government service involving leadership, management, and operations.

As Vice Chair of the DVOA Communications, Access, Safety & Technology (CAST) Committee, I focus on practical questions affecting our community. I also moderate the Dominion Valley (Freedom Site) Facebook group to encourage open discussion of residents' concerns.

Dominion Valley is a great place to live. Its future deserves planning that is proactive, transparent, and grounded in the facts.

My focus is on understanding the details, working with fellow residents and directors, and pursuing solutions that protect our investment and quality of life.

Your community. Your future.

A voice for open questions and practical solutions.

I believe residents deserve to understand the decisions made on their behalf. Whether the topic is gate access, contracts, financial oversight, or infrastructure, an informed community is a stronger community.

This campaign is about making those conversations easier to have—and focusing on real solutions for Dominion Valley.
